Mr. Ceaser uses photography to highlight his message. In 1992, he founded Enlight Storyworks, a documentary photography company committed to promoting awareness of social issues world-wide. He has organized numerous photography projects to highlight the lives of displaced Liberians in Ghana, indigenous people in Latin America, and the destruction of a freed slave community in Houston.
